Author Instructions (Archived)

Conference submissions are closed now. These are instructions for the authors of the papers that were accepted as full or short papers.

Papers will be available through the ACM Digital Library and posted to the AIRWeb website. Please follow the instructions below for submitting the camera-ready version of your paper, and contact us is you have any questions.

  1. Page limit: full papers are limited to 8 pages; short papers will be permitted 4 pages. This limit includes all figures, references and appendices.

  2. Template: we will be using Option 2 of the ACM SIG proceedings templates.

  3. PDF options: remember to use type 1 fonts and make sure that all fonts are "embedded". You can check this under document properties > fonts, in Acrobat Reader.

  4. Permission block: if you use Latex, please add the following code right after the \begin{document} section:

    If you use other text processing software, please make sure this appears at the bottom of the first page of your paper, right after the standard ACM permission block:

  5. Subject headings: the paper must include ACM Computing Classification categories and terms to be included in the ACM Digital Library.

  6. Copyright form: please sign and fax this copyright form. FAX: +1.425.936.7329 - mark as attention for Dennis Fetterly. Scanned forms can also be emailed to .

  7. Uploading: camera-ready versions should be uploaded via EasyChair by the final deadline: 7 April 2008. This deadline can not be extended. To upload your paper, please login into EasyChair, then my submissions > paper-id > submit a new version.
